Cancellations need to be notified within 24 hours or else full room charge applies.

Reception Hours

Reception is open between 9:00am - 9:30pm. If you wish to checkout before 9:30am. Please settle your account the previous evening. All doors in the main section of the building are locked at 10:00pm. If you are in one of the Heritage rooms, a key to the front door is attached to your room key tag.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Normal check-in time is 2:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am, unless you have arranged an alternative time with reception the previous evening. If you have already settled your account, please leave your key in the room and lock the door behind you.
